Tony is awesome. I used to go to BMW dealership, not anymore! They have reasonable prices and doing quality work. If you have german cars, give them a chance. You will not be disappointed.

Another great experience with Tony and his crew. They've been the only shop to touch my cars for years, and for the first time recently I had a minor issue, but they made it right. I had an aftermarket midpipe installed in my M4, but when I picked the car up and drove off the lot I heard the exhaust rattling. It was a rainy day and was heard to hear, so I don't blame them for missing it -- I didn't notice it at first, either. No big deal, stuff happens. I returned, but it was late on a Friday, so Tony invited me back the next week to have another look at it. Second time around it was -- as expected -- perfect, and Tony even went the extra mile to call me the next day and make sure everything was OK. It's that sort of thing that keeps you coming back to a place: an honest mechanic who does good work is valuable, but one who reacts to even minor issues to make sure the customer and their car are properly cared for is priceless. NCA will continue getting my business next time

The Best BMW repair in Chicago Land Area. I took my 2013 X3 with Valvetronic Servomotor Issue. Nikko told me the issue was very well known and they can fix. I sent my car which was not even in running condition. Tony called me next morning and they could fix my car in 36 hours flat. Although it costs me in more than 3 thousands but the service was good and now my car runs perfect. I was so impressed, i took a picture with Tony while I receive my car. They know BMWs like nursery rhymes :)
