Awesome, professional service. Gerber is prompt with working with insurance claims, and they always itemize their work

The techs here do excellent work but I ultimately cannot recommend this location due to the experience I had with the claims adjuster, Dean. He came across as pleasant and professional in person but completely blew me off once my car went in for repair. Gerber promises you that you'll get update calls from your adjuster every Tuesday and Thursday. I never heard from him once the whole time my car was there. I had to call and talk to the receptionists to hear what progress, if any, had been made. I sent him an email that went unanswered and left messages to no avail. It also took longer for them to fix my car than he had stated. I finally spoke to the manager and he got my repair moving again and kept me informed. But the situation with Dean was extremely discouraging and I won't be coming back here in the future. Service: Body & Trim

Repaired my front Tesla more than 3 months and charged 14k. I returned for minor repair but they said no warranty. No more this place.
