Update: Car is back and she looks and acts new. I can not believe they disregard this type of work. My only issue is out of there hands with a supply from a manufacturer. I hope to never come back but if there is a problem with my car these are the people to take it to again. I dont even have my car back yet and the customer service is beyond expectations. My mom brought her new car here to have a windshield replacement performed on a recommendation from her insurance company just shy of a year ago. They used aftermarket glass and the job looked poorly done. The glass repair barely lasted a few months before it cracked and spidered out. When her vehicle was returned after taking it back to the same place that performed the original bad work, and the job looks like poorly done, rushed work again. The previous work done by this location didn't even last a year, no warranty was honored, and I'm sure the sub-par glass used will have the same problem come next winter. At least they acknowledged the install was bad this time by offering to repair the rushed, improper mounting that left the top corners of the seal bubbled and surely not water tight. So because they did admittedly bad work again now she needs to waste a whole day again with this location three weeks from now when they have time to, maybe, do things right this next attempt... Aft

The techs here do excellent work but I ultimately cannot recommend this location due to the experience I had with the claims adjuster, Dean. He came across as pleasant and professional in person but completely blew me off once my car went in for repair. Gerber promises you that you'll get update calls from your adjuster every Tuesday and Thursday. I never heard from him once the whole time my car was there. I had to call and talk to the receptionists to hear what progress, if any, had been made. I sent him an email that went unanswered and left messages to no avail. It also took longer for them to fix my car than he had stated. I finally spoke to the manager and he got my repair moving again and kept me informed. But the situation with Dean was extremely discouraging and I won't be coming back here in the future. Service: Body & Trim
