Steve and his crew are the best around. They do all of the work to my vehicles and take customer service to a whole new level. If you are in need of anything done to any of your vehicles, this is the shop to go to!
Steve from Untamed Auto is a stand up guy! He was able to diagnose a wheel wobble that 2 other shops missed. He road tested before and after the fix to make sure that it was gone. He even called me to follow up after I left to make sure that I was satisfied. If that’s not customer service, I don’t know what is. Thanks Steve!
Once again Steve at Untamed Auto was able to help me out and fix my truck. A little back story I bought my 2010 Ford F-150 used and the dealership gave me an aftermarket warranty. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle my transmission started slamming and bucking. I took it to Steve and he was able to diagnose that I needed a new transmission. Thankfully he was able to work with the warranty company and I got a new transmission installed in only a few days time, would definitely recommend Steve and his shop to others and will be going back for all my car needs!
