I recently had my check engine light on, needed an oil change and my car would always start up with a rough noise....I just ignored it and chalked it up to new cars. I went to JC’s and THANK GOD I did.... I had been going to the dealership every time to get my oil changed and mentioned each time about the noise when I started my car....they would tell me they didn’t find anything wrong. So, I took my Chevy Impala to get an oil change at JC’s and GOT ALOT more......I can not THANK them enough for letting me know my Cadillac Converter had a leak and that was what that noise was when I started my car. They had me call the dealership and get right in, it was covered under my Warranty and didn’t cost me a dime.....I have no idea how much that would have cost me.....A HUGE “Thank You” to JC and Dale. I will be a lifetime customer and recommend them to family and friends. They went above and beyond....excellent customer service. Thank You!!!!!! Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine re

JC (owner and technician) told me he had seen this problem many times before and said I needed a new ignition cylinder which cost about $460 to replace. I called my friend who runs another shop for a second opinion and was told that I could bring the cylinder to a locksmith to have the tumblers cleaned and reset for $50. As I'm getting my cylinder from JC he tells me he could do job for $380. Found that to be odd as he was firm with initial price he told me. I took the cylinder to the locksmith and they fixed the problem for $50. JC then charged me $135 to reinstall the same ignition cylinder. When I asked why the price was so high to put the same part back on he responded rudely " Oh you want me to do it for free huh?" I never mentioned that I wanted anything for free just wanted a
The issue may genuinely with my car but they sounded evasive and not customer service oriented. Despite spending close to $800 for O2 sensor replacement through them, I am still stuck with O2 sensor related check engine light within a year (that too COVID year which involved fairly less driving) Service: Auto engine diagnostic
