VL Auto and Tires

We had a bearing go out in our van, bought most of the parts ourselves but didn't have the tools. They took our van in on short notice, ordered a replacement part we still needed and completed our repair in a very timely fashion. After about two days of driving, the part they ordered failed and we were able to take it back to them and they replaced the faulty part and fixed our van again without any hesitation or problems between us or them. Very friendly staff, small family business and now my favorite workshop.

We flew into the Rockford airport after a week out of town to find a bolt in our tire????. It was a Saturday morning and only found VL online ( we knew no one in Rockford) We managed to “limp” over to them a couple miles away. We were greeted as we pulled in and the problem was diagnosed immediately and he repaired the tire and we were on our way in less than thirty minutes, at an extremely reasonable cost.
