Thought Tony was going to be a godsend when car had issues on camping trip. Called and he said he would be out. I understand weather would have been an issue in delay but when we followed up on when he would be there he just stopped responding. No answers to text messages and no response to voice mail left. If you can't come. Fine...give me time to try and make some other arrangements don't leave us hanging. Very poor customer service.

I call Tony on Wednesday Nov. 4th, 2020, he answered 1st call. He met me two hours later after he got done work at his other job, on the side of the road where my motorhome broke down. He said the diagnosis of my vehicle was a bad distributor cap and rotor because fuel was working properly. He said he wasn't certified to work on the side of the road and said I should get towed 5 miles back to the pilot that I had just came from in Rochelle, Il. I was also dealing with roadside assistance to get a wrecker to tow me wherever I needed. Tony had told me that he ordered the parts and that he could help me the following day, Thursday the 5th, and to text him as soon as my RV was at the pilot. I text him multiple times, that night, didn't hear anything back. I text him the next morning, didn't hear anything back, I called more than a half dozen times, both his personal number and the number on his business website, still didn't hear back. Today is now Friday the 6th and I still haven't heard

Tony is a very knowledgeable mechanic who gives you a very thorough explanation of what is going on with your vehicle. He diagnosed the root of my odysseys problems instead of treating the symptoms and taking my money. Very pleased with the work that has been done. Will be my go to mechanic in the future.
