Butitta Auto – Rockford on Alpine Rd.

Butitta recently replaced old license plates on my vehicle that I couldn't remove myself. However, they left an adjustable wrench in the crevice of my roof and hatchback (wrench not visible). When opening the hatchback of my car, that same day, I heard a screeching noise, which upon further review was the wrench causing damage to the roof and hatchback. They claim that none of the their techs use the brand of tool and say the damage wasn't done by the tool. Very disappointed in the service and response.

Butittia Auto worked on our air conditioning and approximately six months later there was a system malfuncion. Butitta stood by their warranty and restored he system to working order with no additional charges. They also noticed a leak in the power steering and completed the work in fine order.
