I have went to Becks for Years but will never return after this past visit. After my car being at the shop for 1 1/2 weeks I recieved a call stating my timing chain was the issue, after they "fixed" it they advised they think there is something else wrong and they'd call me back. They stated there were two chunks missing from two valves and a hole in the piston. They stated it would be cheaper to replace the engine (which I confirmed with other sources this was true). They found an engine for 1400 and were charging 600 for labor, but then stated I also needed to pay 800 for the timing chain and labor. So a total of 2800. I asked isn't the timing chain in the engine. They said yes but they would pt the new chain on the engine that's being purchased "just in case" and they were going to call around for a cheaper engine. They wanted me to drop off the 800 on a Saturday morning,I tried calling Saturday no answer. I called 3x Monday at different times no answer. Spoke to them Tuesday after
