They did a great job with my bmw.

I took my car there for a estimate after being hit parked . Well the insurance company told me to take it there mistake number one . They spend a couple minutes looking at tell me they will e mail estimate to insurance company. I get a call from insurance company 4 weeks later telling me how they will be sending a check for the back end of my car to get fixed nothing about how they going to fix the motor or transmission or whatever is making the car not drivable since the accident. So I’m suppose to give them 2,040 for them to fix trunk damage but won’t be able to drive car still since the main problem of mechanical damage has not been looked or fixed ! I told them over and over again the car DOES NOT RUN !! Why fix the trunk they don’t do a complete estimate if you take your car there just what they can see that’s obvious to them ! I’m talking to my attorney now since I took the car back and told them they have to look under hood see what the real problem is and they told me I would
