Gerber Collision & Glass

I had my car stolen and brought it to Gerber for the repairs. They repaired all of my concerns, got it done quicker than I expected, and kept me informed the whole time. It was shampooed and super clean when I picked it up. It was a great experience!

We took the car in for service for a scratched and dented door due to scraping a concrete wall at a parking lot ramp. Very minor looking damage. The work they did was excellent. 2 yr old car looks like new. There was not a speck of dusk inside of the car after they cleaned it. The only negative was the customer service did not give us an update on the progress. We called numerous times and got different answers each time. Service is a 10 out of 10. Customer service is a 5 out of 10.

Gerber did a terrific job! I was sent to Gerber by the "other guys" insurance company and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe that they fixed and painted and repaired everything so fast! I dropped it off in the morning and I picked it up the next day at closing time! Thank you Gerber! Service: Body & Trim
