They used to be good but now they suck! I had them tow my hot rod (‘55 Chevy) a few times from my house to the shop I take it to for repairs which is 4 miles away. The price was always around $110 with no added mileage. Today my 55 broke down in a traffic lane 1/2 block from my house.The driver got out with an attitude accusing me of saying I was blocking an intersection. Then he told me the tow would cost $150 plus $4 a mile. I questioned him about the price and he said his boss raised the price! He told me that if I don’t want to pay the price he will leave and I can find another towing company! Since I was blocking a traffic lane I just agreed to the price. He was hooking up the car with metal chains and hooks so I asked him to use the soft straps that don’t cause any damage to the car. He replied that he doesn’t use the soft straps and if I don’t like the way he was hooking up my car he will leave and I can find somebody else to tow my hot rod! Last night i was pulled from a ditch due to the icy roads the sheriff wouldnt let me call my own tow company stating i had to use this Horrible company joe H is a horrible worker with a very bad attitude was using foul language towards me the entire time. He told me to pay him 180 to get pulled out and i told him i had another company willing to do it for 150 but again the sheriff said i had to use this company because they wouldnt allow anyone else to come down the road. so i was forced to use this company even after i paid joe H the 180 he started to use foul language against me to sign the paperwork stating if any damage occurred on my vehicle the company wouldn’t be liable so i refused due to the fact i wasn’t allowed by the sheriff to call another company only had to use auto medics. After both sheriff and tow truck driver kept pushing me and yelling at me to sign the paper work i did, after i signed joe H started to say he was going to take my 180$ payment and impound my vehicle

11/11/2023 4:10pm, a young tow truck driver blocking the traffic and being very rude to not let ppl go fist and forcing both sides of the traffic to wait. The young driver even honked and intimidated other drivers on the road. PLEASE talk to this driver and coach this bad behavior, he almost created a collision!!!
