I giving the start of my service a 1. Pictures were needed and it has been 2 days and still no pictures of my jeep needed to move the claim forward. Front desk lady has zero customer service skills. I've been given zero updates. I will rate again after my service. I wish I gone to Tinley location.

Great customer service! They are very professional, the repairs were done early and the car looks perfect! The team kept me informed during the entire process and I'd like to thank AJ & Joe - they went above and beyond when my car battery died a week after pick up (turns out it had nothing to do with the repair). Joe came to my home to jump the vehicle so I could drive it to an auto parts store to replace the battery. Highly recommend!! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Service King in Orland Park has gone beyond every time I have had service from them. About a month ago I had extensive work done by them. They were timely they kept me informed throughout the whole process. When I went to retrieve my vehicle they treated me as a valued customer reviewed my repairs with me, assisted me to transfer items from my rental car to my repaired vehicle and arranged for enterprise to pick up my rental car from them. Their building was maintained beautifully and the service gentlemen were in uniform and were very professional. Now fast forward about a month and I discovered that my fender was popped out by someone who tapped my bumper. I sent them pictures and ask them if it was something that could be handled simply. It turned out it took about five minutes for them to pop the piece back in place. I asked them for their charges and they said that they valued me as a customer and there was no charge involved.
