Midas

Recently brought in my car for the first time because of some noises and brake issues. It ended up being a week-long process (long story, not Midas’ fault) but I really appreciated how thorough they were in getting to the root of the problems and in communicating what the issues were/what work they recommended. Sargon offered to let me drive it for a few days before paying for the remaining work just to ensure that the noises they addressed were truly gone, which is a gesture I appreciated. Pricing is reasonable and I will be back for upkeep in the future.

The manager at this Oak Park location in April 2023 was NOT helpful. I cross checked what he told me with another Midas shop I trust and with the vehicle manufacturers dealership. I don't trust him and I would not recommend my friends and family to do business with the Oak Park Midas location. Service: Oil change

They were very professional and took Me right in without an appointment. Took about 3hrs and kept Me informed what they were doing. Must Go to place for car Service. Great Job Team. My first time at this place.
