Price was comparable to other places. Checking in was quick, employees were courteous. Price given upfront, remote start was installed professionally in time stated. Given three year warranty on service. Happy with experience and performed work.

Excellent! Fast! Effective! Wish they had talked to me about two issues that should have been caught during the inspection (my loud catylitic converter and screw that fell off of one of my tires) but I came in an hour and a half before closing, so considering that I would highly recommend this location. Remember to take your money with you.

The service I received was substandard. My service technician provided inaccurate information about my SUV. My vehicle had an issue with tire traction/suspension. My vehicle was taken for a drive to determine if there was an actual traction/suspension problem. After the test drive, I was told that my vehicle did not display any signs or symptoms I complained about. After a second test drive the service advisor acknowledged that my original complaint was correct. Ultimately, I bought four new tires to fix the problem. The service technician should have identified the problem initially. My responsibility is to clearly explain the nature of my vehicle problem. After information is provided; at that point, I rely on the expertise of the service technician to repair the problem. Lastly, the service technician told me he had over 30 years of industry experience. If that is true he should have correctly diagnosed and subsequently repaired my vehicle.
