I thought this place of business would provide their full service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. With the receipt there’s a list of service they claim to perform. The only services they performed was what actually they replaced(Oil, air filter, and cabin air filter). The service stated online says “ Every Full Service Oil Change includes the free 16-PT Inspection”. I was asked about the windshield wipers before they began servicing the vehicle. Overall, I did not receive the full service stated online. I could have serviced my own vehicle, but I was trying to support a business where I could become a loyal customer. Service is not what it used to be. Had to come back three times due to not having the correct oil in stock. Had to ask to have my tires checked, whereas it used to be done automatically. Also, did not fill windshield wash saying they use a water mixture that may freeze - really? Also, employees on their phones while tending to the customer's cars - not professional. I did get an extra discount for my inconvenience, but the new ownership here is not impressive. I may be looking elsewhere

Would be zero if I could! They put the incorrect oil filter on the vehicle and it fell off while driving. This caused the car to lose all its oil and damaged the engine internally. Now mechanic says the entire motor needs to be replaced due to the engine running with no oil in it. They are also making me wait for a refund on the service as I was told “they cannot do that at the store level”. They told me I need to submit a claim form and directed me to a specific web page and that page says the store need to submit the claim? Been a customer at this location 30 years and within the last two years it has gone down hill. They don’t even complete all the services they are supposed to without asking. Not going back again!
