Joe and his team are excellent. Joe is one of the most honest car mechanics that I know and my family have used him for years. He likes to help out his customers instead of draining their pockets with unnecessary charges.

Joe and his team have been servicing my and my parents cars for years. Not only do they do a wonderful job but are honest and reasonably priced. They do not take advantage of you like dealerships and other places do.

I brought our car in for repairs at Formula Automotive. I had made an appointment and was told it would be completed by the end of the day. I didn’t hear anything back from them all day so I went over to their garage to see how it was progressing. I was told they had not even started it, but would work on it the first thing the next day. Well, the next day arrived and I heard nothing back from them all day, so I again went over to their garage to check on it. It appeared that they had just started working on it, so I waited around for 2 hours until it was done and paid the bill. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, I would rate their service as a 1.
