Was involved in a car accident 2 months ago. Need to have rear passenger side door replaced. Parts on back order and backlog with repairs. Was told it will be 3 months till my appointment. Scheduled for March so pretty accurate.
I came to this repair shop since it was a direct shop associated with progressive auto insurance. I recently had someone hit my car while it was parked overnight. They notified me almost everyday of the progress of the car along with a website that had a tracker. In the end my car was done ahead of schedule. Upon pickup I noticed they restored it fully and it looked amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone for repairs Services: Painting, Body & Trim
Had an initial rough time, getting my appointment sorted out. my appointment was lost, they did their best and once i did have my car in for service even got through it faster and a little cheaper. i had initially given a poor review, but upon completion of service and subsequent follow up they earned me back. and earned their stars Service: Body & Trim
