Highly recommend this shop. Thier whole team went above and beyond in every way throughout my experience with them as I was traveling states with my son, my animals plus a trailer with our whole lives in it. We start3s overheating and broke down in south holland. We were stuck on the side of the road for hours before I found Jennifer and even tho thier shop was closing soon she didn't turn me away like everyone else I had called. She sent me a tow, helped me find a hotel for the night and had her driver take us there. She locked my trailer away for the night. She made my van 1st priority in the morning, had her mechanics fully inspect it and all the while tried helping me figure out alternative options for my travels should there be an issue I couldn't afford to take care of. Luckily it was just something small but every step of the way Jennifer, her husband and thier entire team went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were safe and taken care of. Me and my wife wer on vacation and my cv shaft bound up and busted on my truck. They wer surprisingly fast at picking it up and fairly priced on repair. And upon me explaining that we wer not from the area and on vacation they wer quick to get it in and repaired.

Stallled far from home. Tow truck driver was fabulous but talked me into using their auto shop to save a few bucks on the tow. Once it was there the communication was awful. Didn’t get a call back at all that evening. Living forty min away needed to make arrangements for transportation to work the next day. Could not get a call back. Next day. Still no call back until after 3pm which they didn’t know much yet. Get a text of the problems with no initial price. So I sign to yes! Fix it. A censor had to be ordered. Finally sunday get a call and still hadn’t been fixed. 5 pm said it was 700.00$. Ug. So what could I do sure. Fix it. Get it home after paying by cash app which I thought so seemed unprofessional. The car just dies again. Doing the exact thing it was when I brought it. Tried calling. No reply. Kept calling. Got jocked back and forth from mechanic to secy. Basically I was sup to pay them to tow it back forty min away to have them fix it right. Wasn’t doing that. But never got a
