Popped a tire on I80 and was in a dangerous situation on the left shoulder. Receptionist was absolutely terrible and made it seem like I was a huge inconvenience to her multiple times. Horrible customer service. The reason this company got 3 stars was because the driver was excellent. He got there in 10 minutes. Hooked up, drove off the interstate and unhooked all in 15 min. No problems once you get through the receptionist.

This was absolutely disgusting. I was disrespected by the employee and she refused to give me my house keys from my car. I'm locked out of my house and now have to walk hours to my friends house to sleep there or sleep on a towel on the wet grass. I understand not giving me my car or car keys... but this female employee was an absolute sociopath. She had no cares whatsoever. It was as if a robot was blandly telling me "I don't care". Truly hope these types of people lose their job. Let me also add that I am not like Benny. I'm not an alcoholic or drug addict, I don't drink and drive, and I don't drive recklessly. I got into an accident because my older car is too low to the ground and it slides when wet. So please don't listen to the owner when he tries to save himself with an indefensible excuse. He needs to make this one right, get rid of his rude employees, or offer a discount to those that have been disrespected or wrong by his employees.
