Trash. 2 and a half hours for a scheduled oil change. Kept having to call for updates after they originally told me 30 minutes. When I arrived to finally get my truck, no apologies or anything from the staff. Just a “we suck. Sucks to be you, a paying customer.” Steer clear if you’re on any kind of schedule. Francisco and his team couldn’t manage a schedule if their lives depended on it. This is the second time out of two tries at this location. They’re 0-2 and I won’t be back for a third.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also asked for them to check out a thumping sound I heard while driving. They were not able to replicate it and that is not a big deal. However, they told me my front brake pads were at 2mm. The pads and rotors were replaced less than 6 months ago, probably have less than 5,000 miles on them. Quoted me around $1200 for new pads and rotors. The service here is quick and the staff is extremely kind, prices are affordable. That being said I will not be returning if they are going to lie to me about my pads to make a quick buck.

Best service ever! The lady with pink hair has been a life-saver! I brought my MB glc300 with headlights issue. I had the bulb with me. She installed so quickly and didn’t even charge me for it. Thank you so much!!! I’ll soon come back herr for break pads replacement.
