I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! Mike is very professional, friendly, and was incredibly patient when explaining what my car needed and offered thorough explanation as to why. I got a flat tire and was in need of new tires as it was. Mike got me in right away so I wouldn't have to be without my car for too long. As a woman, I always get a bit nervous when I need to take my car to get fixed, as I feel some places just assume women know nothing of cars and they can be predatory. I did not feel that way AT ALL when coming here!! They don't try to sell you the most expensive solutions, but just the ones that make most sense given the state of your vehicle. I really appreciated the thorough explanation as to why I needed to select certain tires for my vehicles and how they would be the most beneficial. Mike is one of the most reliable mechanics around—I cannot recommend his services enough. Always my first stop/input whenever an auto problem arises. Easily the best oil change service in the area.

Mike did everything he could to do the least amount of work necessary to get my car running again and now it runs smoothly. It was a really great experience, and i felt like i was respected and well taken care of. I was able to get my car back same day. Ive also been taken advantage of at other shops with predatory behaviors like a previous poster mentioned, and i definitely feel safe here.
