Mike is consistently reliable and honest every time that we have a question about a noise with our car or a more obvious issue. We come back time and time again. I am always greeted with a hello and most of the times a smile. He doesn't try to sell us on other 'issues with the car.' Always a great turnaround time. Highly recommended!
