Tornado Tire Shop

I came from Ohio and got the car tire flat. This was the nearest shop and came here. They told me that they will charge 30 dollars for fix. While they were fixing the tire I asked if they can rotate the tires and he told me to they will charge 55$. O asked him to lower as they are already fixing one. He said 30$ for flat and 25$ for rotation. I repeated in front of him, saying 55$ no more no less. And he said yes and i thought i will just take care of it and requested him to do the rotation as well. He rotated the tire and fixed the flat one and when i went to pay inside, he asked 65$ and i told him that we agreed on 55$. He said no no i told u 65$ .. your vehicle is ready, you will have to pay it right now. I am not running or its not that i dnt have money. Its about ethics, a word given to customer… they get the job done but i left with little dissapointment that there was a false commitment.. i will recommend others to take everything in written before they touch your vehicle or the

Holy cow!! Awesome! Today Ulysses and his hardworking, friendly crew did a quality patch job on my tire that saved me $100, in 10 minutes. The teamwork here is incredible. Good vibes! Unlike dealerships and tire "discount" places that are out to get you, wasting perfectly good tires by refusing to do subjective patch jobs, and have you wait for hours while they "assess," these guys were easy in, easy out, saving me money, time, and the environment! Totally worth it. I highly recommend this tire shop in every way. Go with Tornado!
