Mechanic over charged my mother. He doubled the price of rotors and brake pads replacements. It’s sad to see them take advantage of a woman who doesn’t know much about vehicles. Never doing business here again. Service: Brakes

After 2 tows, a bad alternator was diagnosed. The dealership had to order the part and wouldn’t have my car ready for a few days. Desperate I called and spoke with Ray at the Oswego location. Ray assured me they could fix my car that same day, mind you it was a Saturday. He was true to his word and they had me up and running that afternoon. The added bonus was they saved me more than half the price from the dealership. Ray was great and explained everything along the way. They have gained a customer for life.
