Bill and his team do excellent work. They are the most honest group of people I know. I had a challenge with my car that other service firms couldn't fix. Bill spent the time to diagnose the problem and gave me an honest read on the problem. My car has never run better after taking it there. You would be well served to do take your car here for all your needs.
After being pleased with their service in the past, I was stunned by the treatment I received last Tuesday by the owner, that all started with a disagreement on the scheduled time of the appointment. Something that could and should have been handled in a professional and effective manner, was not. The experience at L&A Auto is the worst I have ever had in a retail/service environment. I would have given 0 stars if I could have. Services: Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement
