NAPA Auto Parts

I had some small parts that I'd bought at a Napa out of state, and didn't have the receipt. This was a small $ purchase, and had come to the conclusion that I should just give them to the Napa for free - as opposed to throwing them in the trash. I also had to buy another item. The people at the register looked up the small parts and added a discount on my new purchase for them. I was very happy with this. They certainly would have been within their right to not do that. It's that sort of thing right there that make me like Napa - and I make a point to do business with them. This is a good business with good people. I will return for sure.

The girl that helped me misrepresents the great reviews and prior help I've gotten at this location. After tearing apart my front end, I finally opened the front rotors to install them to cap off my rebuild... only then did I find the girl pulled 7 lug rotors...I needed 6. Thanks...
