Working with Alex and the team at Meineke Downers Grove was a great experience. Easy to book the appointment on-line. Immediately took my car in and did the repairs while I waited. Nice job. Service: Auto battery replacement
One of the nicest places to do business with.They are very receptive to any concerns I have had regarding my car. They do NOT try to get you to purchase other things,however they will inform you if they see something they recommend. . They actually care. I travel a very long distance to come to this particular store because they care, work with you on scheduling and even try to give you any or all the coupons you qualify for. I i could go to a closer meinke store, however due to the service they provide I highly recommend them!!
Had a flat tire and stopped at 3 other places who would not schedule me in and stopped here. Took me in immediately and did good work. $33, shortly fixed and have had no problems at all. Friendly service. Will come back here
