There was a miscommunication regarding the scheduling of my appointment. I had to reschedule once I got there, which wasn't ideal, but Sam made the process simple and easy, all while being very helpful and friendly. I had 4 new and very large tires installed with an alignment. The entire job was done in about 90 minutes, and everything is perfect. I couldn't be happier with the results. I am definitely recommending Cassidy Tire to my friends and family!
I showed up to the wrong Cassidy Tire during my lunch break. As I got to the counter, I realized this and said it to the manager working the desk. He ended up fitting me in to do a tire rotation during my lunch break. I was in and out within 45 min, cheapest price I’ve ever paid for a rotation, and the service was phenomenal. Highly recommend.
Very friendly staff and did an amazing job on my tires balancing and getting the jeep ready for a 1200 mile trip. Highly recommend this shop.
