Service was great got me in, and got me out next day I though the prices where fair I plan on returning in the future.
i often park close to Derek's when i stop at Paradise pup next door. The decision to try Derek's is just observing everyday customers coming and going. I had to have a Starter replaced on a 2011 Buick Lacrosse and the service went very smooth and professional from start to finish. I had an undercarriage cover to my Honda fit fall off. I called them up and asked about it and they were more than willing to help. I brought it over and they got it back on and it was all good! The women behind the counter was very nice and made the experience wonderful! Thanks so much guys!
