I don’t ever write reviews but I had to for Derek’s! I got into my first accident and I had zero knowledge about insurance claims. Mike was SO helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable. Mike consistently kept me updated and the work that was done was flawless. Mike even took my car in days before they could actually begin the work just to keep it protected from the outside elements. A+ for customer service. I will be recommending this shop for all my friends and family, Derek’s will not disappoint you!!!
