This shop is a joke and very unprofessional!! Very horrible customer service and said they looked at a vehicle which they didn't and then charged for diagnosing but they lied about it! The owner's son talked down to me because I am a woman and yelled at me. They had the car for 3 days and never looked at it. Told them I would come pick it up without repair (to take somewhere else actually) and then all of a sudden now there is a diagnostic charge!! I would never use this place ever again!! It's a ripoff! Jim's been great to work with on my business vehicle. I've had to have a full brake system overhaul at my request and a rear main seal fixed. Both times I dropped it off over the weekend because he'll work Saturday and Sunday for clients that need to have there vehicle throughout the week. Not many shops advertise open 7 days a week. It works out perfect so I'm not down a vehicle. They are only a 2 man crew so when they're busy be patient because they can get backed up. Which is why I schedule my work ahead of time and I get it as a small business owner/operator myself. I pre schedule so my vehicle can be the focus on the weekends. Price is very reasonable for Saturday/ Sunday work as I myself wouldn't work all weekend at normal rates.
