Creekmur saved me today. Literally saved my day. I travel for work and I was 3.5 hours away from home. I called at least 5 other shops in the surrounding area. There wasn't a single opening until later next week. I had called Creekmur expected the same answer. Instead a friendly voice answered the phone and told me he had an opening for today. Quoted me that he might be able to get it done today if I arrived soon enough. I arrived and met John. Friendly, professional service. Right away I felt I could trust that he was not trying to rip me off and sell me services I didn't need. We agreed on a price for the parts and labor for front end rotors and pads as well as passenger side wheel bearing. It was about 230 in the afternoon when I arrived. I was honestly not expecting the work to be done before they closed up shop for the day. I was already making plans to find a place to stay the night to pick up my vehicle in the morning. I needed a quick rent of a uHaul due to having an open bed on my truck and some unexpected rain. It was surprisingly hard to get a hold of anyone but the guys at Creekmur not only had what I needed but great service to boot. I can't tell you about their mechanic skills but I can say, if it's anything like their positive attitude and helpful demeanor, I wouldn't have any hesitation in bringing my car in.

Had them tow my vehicle and was told it would be checked over and completed by next morning. But they would call me and let me forsure know if my suspicions about the issue were correct. Didnt hear anything called next morning and they said they hadn't looked at it yet and would have it done by end of the day. Called the evening after work and they said they had to get a bigger vehicle from somewhere else to move my vehicle into the shop so it wouldn't be done till the following evening. Their communication was terrible. I had to keep calling them for information when they said they would call me over and over. Otherwise once they actually started working on it service was great and staff was very friendly. Would recommend if they fix their communication!
