Took my car here for service and they are by far one of the best values in the Chicago land area. There were no random things that came up and I didn't feel that uncomfortable feeling you get at most mechanics. These guys were very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and helpful. Definitely bringing all our cars here from now on. Cheers guys keep up the good work!

In the end this was a very good experience. I brought my Outback in for brake work and asked if they could paint piece of body moulding as well. This was one case where communication could have been better--originally I was told no need to leave the car, but when they called back they said the color didn't match because I hadn't left the car. Upon installation, another piece with some existing damage broke and I brought the car back once the replacement part came in. Again, communication was iffy--I never got the promised calls to update me on the status, and had to be proactive to know when to come back. But in the end they fixed everything and it looks beautiful, and they gave me a really good deal for my trouble. So all in all very positive experience. Shouts out to Omar and Carl for being very helpful and even giving me some great local recommendations since I'm from out of town!
