I can't recommend strongly enough coming here. I've had a few issues with both cars I've owned while living in Rogers Park and they have been consistently transparent, efficient, and straightforward with me. The team are all delightfully respectful and courteous. I really appreciate that this shop assumes you are curious about learning about your vehicle and will teach you what you need to know with zero condescension. My current car has to have two belts replaced and while it's more expensive than I hoped (although that's all on me-- they definitely give you the best price they can do!) I know I can trust the money I'm putting in with these guys, because their level of service and quality of work is always invaluable.
