When you find a mechanic that is professional, courteous, on-time, considerate, and reasonably priced, the temptation is to keep it to yourself. Well, I'm telling you I will never go anywhere but Nal's and I have used them for a decade. Would your mechanic try to diagnose your issue over the phone (if appropriate, of course) saving you time and money at their own expense? Nal's has done that for me. I have never had a repair done by them become a re-occurring issue which to me says that they diagnosed the issue correctly and did the work properly the first time. What more can you ask? Oh, right. They are SO NICE too! For as long as I own a car, I will bring it to Nal's when it needs work. They have made me a customer for life. I brought my car there today and saw Al, and he was so helpful and kind. I had a flat tire and unfortunately they could not work with my warranty, but Al still helped me find what the issue was made some recommendations free of charge. I will definitely be going back for issues in the future!!
