They often do a great job taking care of things. But today not as much. I had work done on Tuesday (didn’t have my car for all of Monday or all of Tuesday). On Thursday I began hearing a noise which is directly related to something they replaced on Tuesday. Took it in on Friday and they wouldn’t look at it then because they are busy but I had to leave it and be in like just like everyone else. So, if it turns out to be something they missed, it’s now sitting there for more hours because of them.

Did things I didn’t ask for. They knocked some $ off my bill as a result, but some of the repairs seem to have been performed cheaply or possibly not at all. Claimed that they replaced two tires, but they gave me old tires per a future inspection and repair. They blamed the “old guy on the phone” for some of the miscommunications that resulted in the adds. Won’t return here.

This review is long overdue! Everyone at Auto Tech is amazing! They’ve been helping me take care of my classic cars and now my daily drivers for well over 20 years. Robert runs a tight ship and he and Tom know everything about cars. I have hit them with everything from blown engine and transmission to carburetor adjustment/tuning, A/C repair, the list is too long to name it all. My newest car is 2012 and my oldest is 1989 (but they’ve worked on cars as far back as 1967 for me). Tom explains how the mechanisms work and if the work needs to be done or if it can wait. They keep all of my cars in good running order, which explains why I don’t need a newer car! Carlos is amazing for follow-up and explaining what work they are doing and when it will be done. Truly, the entire team is great! Highly recommended!!
