I took my car their for a diagnostic test. I don't think he ever moved the vehicle. From the parking spot. I told him what the main visible problems where and after 2 days he repeated the exact samething I said. He didn't tell me where the leaks were coming, what caused the leaks just get rid of it. My 1st thought was he didn't want to fix my car. But if that was the case he shouldn't have charged me $125 with no proof of his work or a complete diagnostic of the vehicle. He couldn't tell me what the other issues were that I don't know what to name because I'm not a mechanic. And I was referred to this place by Brach's on western. I should not have.paid him for the bulls**** diagnostic. It wasn't a diagnostic at all.

I went here because my dad told me they were good with engine work and they were!!! I was told by a Dodge that I needed a new engine on a a SUV I took in for a power issue an A/C check!! Yeah that wasn't happening so I took it to Lou's, and Bob was pretty knowledgeable about what was wrong and fixed it along with other minor things in a timely manner, and I must add the price was very reasonable for me. If I ever have car issues again I'm definitely going here again. Give them them a try, you won't regret it!!!

They did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle.
