Look, I took my geriatric 2006 Land Rover to Integrity for help on an electrical issue with my driver seat. The damn thing couldn't move up or down. Rusty, the man, the legend, said no problem and fixed it up within a day. The thing is I had taken this car to another shop to get fixed up and they took three weeks without even fixing the issue. RUSTY AT INTEGRITY knows what he is DOING. Fair price, customer service was decent, quick service. If you're looking for a trusty car repair shop, this is the one. This place is a mess. I first took my car here back in December 2020 since it wasn't starting. They diagnosed a starter issue. Fixed it as well as replaced the battery. Fast-forward to February and it was again having issues with starting up. I figured since I had it fixed at Integrity in December for the same issues, I would call and see if maybe it was a battery issue with the cold temps, they could replace it since it was still under warranty. I had the car towed to them and they took a while to diagnose (also took a long time to diagnose back in December) that it was an issue with the alternator. Had it fixed. Then a couple of days later, they texted me to say that there was an issue with the power wire that runs from the battery to the front of the car (it's a 2008 bmw). Since the cost for this was to high, I declined to have it repaired. Since then, I've told them to just get the car to start, I will go in and pay for the costs I approved, and for them to return the car to me. Th

Integrity Auto definitely lives up to it's name. Rusty and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND with regard to taking care of me and my car. They came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. They did a fantastic job explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. I had a lot wrong with my car and took the time to make that it was all right when I got it back.
