I consider Davila Auto Service as the repair shop for my car. I came upon Davila Auto Service after purchasing and replacing my car battery at the Costco Warehouse down the street. After completing the replacement, my car would not start, which I could not understand, as it was working fine prior. Upon calling the dealership for advice, I was told that it could be a number of things, but to make sure that all the cable are tight, which I did. Still could not get it to start, so it became apparent that I would have to have it towed. The question was, towed to where? The dealership is much too far. I consulted Google maps and came across several nearby repair shops. I randomly chose Davila, called roadside service to a two and left my car. I was nervous about what the analysis would uncover. When I got the call from Davila, I was told that it was a very minor issue, it was fixed and would only be charged for the analysis, no additional labor or parts. I know then that this was
