Euro has top notch customer service. I wish I could give them 10 stars. From the young ladies that work the desk to the mechanics the service was beyond amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any work done. There was a delay with my part for my truck and they went to pick it up to get me back in my truck. The body work looks so amazing. f I could give this Euro Collision on 2232 S Wabash a 0 I would!!! I brought my car in to them August 16th and received my car back August 30th. When I received my car they fix the accident damages; however, added damages of their own!! Meaning I received my car with new scratches and a dent in my driver door. Also, my car was two different colors. All these new damages happened while my car was in their possession. This was very upsetting because I didn’t give them my vehicle that way. When I brought it to Gabby (Female Manager of the body shop) she gave me so much attitude and was very unprofessional!! I then spoke to a man who was kind and nice. He said they would fix the new damages they did. Today, September 14th is the day I came to receive my vehicle and I’m still not satisfied!! The receptionist gave me the key to my vehicle and said my car is in the parking lot. I went to my car and did a full walk around examination. Slow and Sloppy work. Go elsewhere. Our car was not fixed on time, there were several delays without updates on the status, and the work was NOT completed. There are holes in the grille fascia that were not replaced and now the driver's side fog light doesn't work. They kept our car for 5 weeks and didn't even finish the job. Maybe Crash Champions used to do good work, but this is shoddy and sloppy. We were cheated. Services: Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement, Electrical, Electrical repair
