We were staying at an Airbnb about a block about from the shop. Someone stole our catalytic converter during the night. Barry quickly confirmed that that was what happened. He could have fixed it for us, but it can take a day or so for our model of vehicle for the part to get in and we wanted to get home so he guided us to a place that could repair the pipe that day for a temporary fix. I was back in town for a funeral and rear ended someone while not paying attention. I needed to get back to the other side of the country as quickly as possible. I thought I’d be a week and it would cost me an arm and a leg, but they had me out of there the day after I dropped it off, for a reasonable price, and it looked damn near close to new.
