Complete Car Care is the absolute real deal! Ben is amazing! I've had my BMW serviced there on several occasions, and I've never been disappointed. Ben will tell you exactly what the issue is, give you a visual on a diagram or model, and quote you the fairest price in town. He's extremely knowledgeable about the work that needs to be done, and you don't feel as though he's talking over your head when explaining. No work is done until you approve it, eliminating hidden or surprise charges. I've referred 3 people (so far) to this repair shop, and they share my experience. One person I sent had a vehicle that wouldn't pass the emissions test. He took his car to Ben, and was advised that the car just needed to be driven a while because it had been sitting and hadn't been started over a significant amount of time. The cost for this advice? ZERO! They didn't even charge my friend, stating that they hadn't performed any work, therefore, there was no charge. Again, I have a BMW. I was so stuck
