Charley's Complete Auto Repair

Great, honest mechanics! They gave me a very good inspection on a car that I was thinking of buying. They found a bunch of work it would have needed had I bought it. So glad I took it to Charley first!

I don't write many reviews, but I had to stop and do this. My Town & Country mini van has a lifetime warranty bumper to bumper so when my transmission went out I took it to the dealer. The dealer told me I needed a full brake job ASAP that the rotors were metal on metal, so of course you trust them right? NO. I called Charlie his quote was $200 less and he could get me in before we left for vacation which was literately 24 hour notice. Upon their inspection they found I only needed front brakes and was more concerned about the bald tires on the rear. TRUST is THE biggest factor when getting your car worked on, precious cargo goes in it. I"m bringing all of my car repairs to Charlies going forward.

Terrible experience. Every interaction I had with the guy(Charley Jr maybe) that comes to the front desk and answers phones was awful. He is so rude and has no personality. He is unknowledgeable and just plain ignorant. They charged me $200 to diagnose my car and then said they can't fix it. Seriously!!!!! Service: Auto engine diagnostic
