Not a big fan of this place. They did work on my girls truck and seemed to really help her out, especially since it was kinda a rush job. They did some good work but didn't address the entire issue. They wanted more money to address the issue we brought the vehicle in for in the first place. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and we bring in a vehicle that we had a very good mechanic diagnose prior to bringing it here. Chavez refused to do anything to the vehicle unless we agreed to pay for the procedure without him actually double checking to make sure the problem would be remedied. He wanted to make sure we would spend at least double the money before knowing what the actual problem was! I thought they were trustworthy and maybe they are, maybe he acts this way because they are insanely busy, I don't know but it's not good for business. There's more issues but there's no need to go deeper now. Just be wary of this place. Get a second opinion always.

I took my car here after breaking down in Chicago (I'm from Michigan) no appointment. They fixed it within 2 hours. They were kind, professional, and very honest. Got a great price! I got all the way back home safe and sound thanks to them!

Jesus was extremely helpful in solving my problems on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. I was able to get my car in the shop just within two days of contacting the shop. Jesus was able to replace the rear differential fluid, clean the rear differential of any metals, engine coolant thermostat, and perform an overall check of the vehicle. In terms of pricing, or is very fair and you can't really beat it. The Jeep dealership wanted $600 just to replace rear differential fluid. With everything, I paid less than 300 for the services at Chavez Auto. I'm beyond satisfied for their services. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family.
