I gave this auto shop a chance based on a high recommendation. Dropping off the vehicle was smooth, I called the same day to provide warranty info the person on the phone said they had it. I get a call maybe an hour or two later asking for the warranty info. I was told over the phone I had a timing chain issue. The vehicle did not have the check engine light on when I took it. I was advised my vehicle will take a week it took two. I called Monday they said my care will be ready Tuesday, Tuesday I receive a call that I need valve covers the day I'm suppose to pick up the car. I declined the valve covers it was an additional 300 then spark plugs 120. They said ok your car will be ready Wednesday then Thursday then Friday finally Saturday came Labor day weekend. The car was "ready". Picked up paid test drove check engine light on airbag light on and car sounds worse then when I took it. I called to take it back but had a bad feeling, I will take it where I usually go its an hour drive but

Took my car in for an oil change they left the oil cap open. They fixed it and try to clean it up not a well done job. I decided to get my brakes done few days later I had to take it back because break was squeaking. The brake housing was loose. Waste of time would never go back.

I Showed up to my appointment with a running vehicle that had a random misfire. After I paid them for the diagnostic, they came into the lobby and told me that my car went into pass-lock anti theft mode and that there was nothing they could do about it because they were closing in 10 minutes, and pushed my car out into the lot and told me that I was on my own.
