From the moment you step into North Shore Auto Rebuilders shop, you will understand the difference. It is run like a professional business that understands the importance of customer first mentality, high quality service, execution on performing top notch work, and respect. The management understands all these aspects and makes you feel like you and your vehicle are the only priority. The owner Steve, runs a respectable family business and the staff call him sir and Mr. Neumayer, and more important is his respect for them saying a genuine "thank you" which speaks volumes of his values, how he treats people, and how his staff respect him. Absolutely amazing customer service. My car actually (luckily) broke down and wouldn’t start. I happened to be parked right outside North Shore and ran in and asked for a jump if they could. I ended up running into the owner himself, Steve, who not only happily said he would help but he also brought out one of his mechanics, Matt, to take a look and assist. The jump wasn’t working from a small charger so they brought out a big one and scrubbed away some corrosion on my battery bolts. After 15 min of awesome service they figured out I just needed a new battery bolt, ordered the part, took down my info, got my car started and told me to come back tomorrow and they would put on the new part. I was ecstatic. They did such a good job my car actually started the next day and I was able to get to the shop for the replacement piece after a friendly call from Amanda letting me know it was in. It took all of 10 min to fix and now my car starts easily with no problem. Thank you eternally to Steve
