Needed a last minute oil change and they were able to get me in that day. Everyone was really nice and I only ended up being there a little over an hour, which I thought was very reasonable since I just popped in without an appointment. I paid around $70 which, considering we’re in the city, I didn’t think was bad at all. I would definitely go back! Service: Oil change

My car was brought into Armitage Auto Repair and Body Shop on November 11, 2022 for some body work. The car had at that time a quarter tank of gas. When the car was returned on Wednesday November 16th, 2022, around 50 miles of driving was added and the gas tank was barely over empty. The gas level warning light was immediately on when starting the car. I had to immediately change my plans to get gas. Also, they added an incense hanger on the rearview mirror which I suspect was to cover up smoke smell. The evening I sent a text message with my complaint of unauthorized usage of my vehicle. No response was received. On November 21, 2022, I wrote a formal letter outlining my issues and asking for $200 in compensation for the gas used and the wear and tear on the vehicle. As of January 5th, 2023, no response has been received. On January 5, 2023 I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As of today no response has been received. Haven't fixed my issue after 3 trips, broke other parts along the way (causing more return trips), left my car smelling like cigarette smoke, & can't ever get a callback. Never been more disappointed with a body shop in my life.
