Joe is the best mechanic, the most reasonable and one of the nicest people I've ever met. Great and fast service too! So glad our family has a mechanic we can trust and rely on. Eric is also extremely nice and hard-working. Thanks for the great trustworthy service.

My car was overheating this week & I needed to get it to a mechanic right away. I could not drive the car far, & it was right before labor day, & as we are a single car household & I need my car to get to work--I needed to get it repaired asap. I Called around & everyone was saying 2 weeks or so--which isn't going to work for me. John's Auto came up on my internet searches. & they had very good reviews. I called & talked with Eric the mechanic. He was very knowledgeable & straight forward & reasonably priced. He took my car that day, & told me i would get it back the next day--but finished it same day. He replaced the thermostat & the housing . He let me know my water pump was also going, but we thought I had more time & to watch it. Saturday--labor day weekend-- i overheat driving to work again. I called & spoke with eric--he told me he couldn't do it sat as he was fully booked--but he would get it done monday--the holiday. Well. Eric called me yesterday around 5p--he stay
