Speed Lube Specialized Lube Center

Unfortunately I have to give a negative review. I will not give specifics, but the technician I spoke with was very rude to me having never met me before. I know others who have brought business here, and they have not had positive experiences either. I cannot recommend this business.

They weren't the friendliest and their rock/screamo music was blaring the entire time. I had to sit in my car because COVID and my car had to be off; therefore, my window had to be down so I didn't suffocate to death in my vehicle on such a hot day. The music was so loud I could barely hear the person talking to me. It was also very unfortunate that they didn't tell me they were going to use premium oil and it was an upcharge of $15. The only time I saw that was after I had already paid for the oil change. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra if the people were nice and friendly and if the environment was better. I wanted to like this place because it is close to my house and you don't have to have an appointment but sadly, I won't be back. I have given them a few chances and they're just not improving.

The dark gray mustang lady..lol..I appreciate you gentlemen!!Thank you! I will be back in a week or so to get that serpentine belt replaced!!
