"Quality" should not be in the name of this shop. By far the worse customer service I have seen and professionalism. I took my vehicle to get a motor blower install for my AC and it returned they installed it telling me that it's defective after everything was assembled. Being a mechanic why would you leave a defective part in a vehicle and still say that you done the job. as mechanic why would you leave a defective part in a vehicle and still say that you done the job? Being in good business you'd want to tell your customer that the part is defective therefore you need a new one to keep your client base coming back but guess not. I was recently driving on the highway and heard a loud explosion coming from the inside of my car being the part that they should have fixed the very first time.
